How quickly will I receive my design?
Within 2 hours of placing your order. You can follow the progress in My Orders and download your files there as soon as they are ready.
What files will I receive?
Every order includes high-resolution JPG and PNG files. PDF and source files are included in selected packages. The package you pick lists exactly what you get.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions. Open your order, tap Request Revision and tell us what to change.
How do I submit references?
Upload them while placing your order. We accept JPG, PNG, WEBP and PDF files. Screenshots, sketches and designs you like all help.
How does the weekly plan work?
Pick Starter or Growth, then tell us about your business and what you want to post. We design your posts, videos and stories for the week, and you receive your designs within 2 hours.
Can I cancel my weekly plan?
Yes. Plans are billed one week at a time, so you can stop before your next week begins. Message support and we will take care of it.
